Initial Power Vacuum Service:

One hour minimum charge, including set up time. Additional time measured in 30 minute increments after the first hour. Generally, the initial vacuum service does not take place on same day as pool opening. Pools with excessive algae and debris may require brushing , backwashing and additional chemicals before the pool is clear and ready enough to power vacuum. These pre-vacuuming preparation service calls will be billed at $125 plus the cost of chemicals needed.

Initial Chemical Treatment:

Through the use of the highest quality chemicals such as algaecides, sanitizers, clarifiers and balancers we will get get your pool clear for vacuuming and swim ready. Follow up treatments may be necessary depending on condition of pool at opening.

Summerize Heater and re-install tray:

Clean out the inside of Heater of webs and debris. Install the tray and ignite. Inspect Heater for function & safety.

D.E and Cartridge Filter Cleaning:

Open your filter tank and clean out the element.

Prior to our arrival, it is the customer's responsibility to see that the electricity to the filter is on, all water is removed from the pool cover and that the pool is filled to the proper operating level (mid-skimmer). If a return call is necessary to start up the pool, it will be billed at the hourly rate of $90 per hour. Pools are not cleaned or vacuumed at time of opening. Most repairs cannot be made at the time of your pool opening. If you require repairs or new equipment, be sure to contact us far in advance of your desired pool opening date.
