Initial vacuuming is billed at $150 per hour, with a one-hour minimum. This service is not performed at the same time as the pool opening.

After the first hour, time is billed in 30-minute increments at the prorated rate.

Depending on the condition of the pool, follow-up visits for vacuuming, brushing, and backwashing may be required. All chemicals are billed based on what is needed.

In some cases, due to the pool’s condition, the technician may not be able to power vacuum immediately. Instead, they may need to take the appropriate steps—such as brushing or adding chemicals—to help settle algae and move the process forward. Time spent performing this work is billed at the same $150 hourly rate.

Any follow-up visits are billed at the same hourly rate as the initial vacuuming.

Our office will communicate with you regarding the pool’s condition and any recommended follow-up service.

Through the use of the highest quality chemicals such as algaecides, sanitizers, clarifiers and balancers we will get get your pool clear for vacuuming and swim ready. Follow up treatments may be necessary depending on condition of pool at opening.
