A Letter To Our Valued Poolmasters Customers

For more than 38 years, Poolmasters has been much more than a pool company to me. It has been my life’s work.

I started Poolmasters when I was just 17 years old with a vision of building a company that treated people the right way. Over the past three and a half decades, that vision has grown into something I could have never imagined. Together, we’ve built lasting relationships with thousands of families throughout Long Island. Many of you have trusted us to care for your pools year after year, and many of you have become more than customers—you’ve become friends.

I am incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I am even more excited about where we’re going. Today, I am pleased to share that Poolmasters has entered into an exciting new chapter through a strategic investment by Big Branch Capital.

This decision was not made lightly. From the very beginning, my priority has been making sure that the Poolmasters’ reputation is built on a commitment to exceptional service. Through many months of thoughtful planning and countless conversations about what is best for our customers, our employees, and the long-term future of the company, I have full conviction that a partnership with Big Branch Capital is the right step forward for the future of Poolmasters, our employees, and you as our customer.

What makes this partnership so exciting is that it allows us to build on everything that has made Poolmasters successful while adding tremendous resources behind the scenes. Their experienced team brings expanded support in administration, human resources, technology, training, and many other areas that will help us serve you even better. It goes without saying that the Poolmasters brand, the values we’ve built our company on, and our commitment to our customers are not changing.

You will continue to see the same familiar faces you’ve come to know and trust. Our team remains committed to serving you, and I will continue to be an active part of Poolmasters for many years to come. While my role will gradually evolve to focus more on business growth, I will continue working closely with our leadership team, employees, customers, vendors, and industry partners. I remain fully committed to our customers, our employees, our high service standards, and the future of this company.

Anthony will continue in his role as General Manager and remain just as involved in the day-to-day operations as he has always been. Together with our exceptional office and field teams, and now supported by the additional resources that Big Branch Capital brings, we are better positioned than ever to continue delivering the high level of service, responsiveness, and personal attention that our customers have come to expect from Poolmasters.

As I reflect on the journey from a 17-year-old kid with a dream to where we are today, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude. Thank you for trusting us with your homes, your families, and your pools over the past 35 years. Your loyalty has allowed Poolmasters to grow into the company it is today, and I can honestly say I have never been more optimistic about our future.
